It was actually sunny this morning, so I took advantage of the good light to capture a few images of the flowers now blooming in my neighborhood.
I know you're probably getting tired of my endless skiing posts, so hopefully these photos are a pleasant alternative.
Wow your spring arrived faster then ours. We have Daffodils and a few trees blooming now but oh the rain has been awful this month.
ReplyDeleteHooray indeed. Lovely captures here!
ReplyDelete...I have not tried of your wonderful skiing post, but this is a pleasant change. One I hope to see here soon.

Hi! Your macro photos are very beautiful. The cherry blossoms would bloom at a stretch and would scatter at a stretch. Your spring seemed to come at a stretch.
ReplyDeletewow - you have more bloomed already than we do at the lake.
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous - snow forecast for tomorrow
ReplyDeleteYes, it's been a long winter this year! Nice spring celebration series!
ReplyDeleteThat's all so beautiful. We've gone in the other direction - we had a warm, sunny winter, and on Friday we had 11 inches of snow with more big storms on the way.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos of these blooms, Linda! Spring has sprung! Thank you so much for sharing, you have made my day! :)

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous! I especially love the purple flowers.
ReplyDeleteNice photos of flowers that we are so happy to see. I did a bit of photography once I got home from a walk. Then it started to rain so glad I was home and indoors I went with some rain on camera. Hope to get that on my blog soon. I enjoy your snow/ski photos too! Have a good week!
ReplyDeleteJust lovely... the colours... the dew/rain drops... gorgeous
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful spring photos, LInda! We are almost there--the trees are beginning to blossom and we finally had some good soaking rain that reduced our fire danger. I am so relieved!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely my favourite season. Loved your photos of the spring flowers.
ReplyDeleteAnd just to balance things out we have had our first cool nights in a long time - thankfully!
ReplyDeleteCheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
Well I could say I was tiring of your skiing posts but only as its been such a snowless winter over here and I was very jealous! :)
ReplyDeleteSome wonderful close ups here. I love the spring flowers and like the snow I'm ver envious of the wonderful colour displays you have in your mountains meadows through the spring and summer. Keep these (and the skiing posts!) coming :)
