Here's Latourell Falls, one of the beautiful waterfalls in the Columbia River Gorge. I had a day off last Friday and went on a waterfall photo expedition! Look on my Flickr page for more photos.

Time to Plant the Garden!

It is nearly the end of April, and that means it's time for Roger to plant his garden. Of course, no garden is complete without the all-purpose zucchini!







First, Roger needs to hoe in the rows.... and then plant the seeds. Now all we need is some rain and warm weather to get these seeds to grow. Think warm thoughts everyone!

Spring is here!

Spring is here in a big way in the Portland area. The trees are all blooming and there are flowers everywhere. Here's a couple of photos for you all to enjoy.

South Dakota Trip

I thought I'd post a couple of photos from my trip home to S. Dakota last week. I went out to Angostura Lake with my family one day. Here are a couple of photos from the lake.

Here's a photo of Crazy Horse Mountain. It is taking shape nicely.

Here's a video Denise recorded of the blasting that took place while we were visting Crazy Horse Mountain. We were lucky enough to be there on a day when blasting was scheduled. As you will see, it was pretty awesome!
